CFM Company is expanding its Project Coordinator / Inside Sales team and hiring candidates across multiple experience levels to support outside sales and keep commercial HVAC projects moving from bid through order fulfillment and project closeout.

The successful candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment, with responsibilities including reviewing plans, takeoffs, estimates, quotations, submittals, orders, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support outside sales with contractor bids and project opportunities.
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and customer requirements.
• Perform HVAC takeoffs, estimating, product selection, and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals.
• Enter and manage customer orders and project details.
• Track equipment, shipments, and project milestones.
• Coordinate warranty documentation and operation manuals.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
