AccuTemp in Baton Rouge, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through outbound calls, emails, and texts. You will identify opportunities and guide customers through service and system purchase decisions, collaborating closely with field technicians and service teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales or customer service, excellent communication, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in inside sales or customer service, preferably in HVAC or home services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain products and processes clearly.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through relationship-building.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to collaborate with technicians, installers, and service teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Results-driven with proactive customer engagement and problem solving.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers to understand needs and recommend products or services.
• Conduct outbound outreach to follow up on leads, open estimates, canceled jobs, and completed jobs for potential service opportunities.
• Assist service technicians in offering additional services or system replacements while they are in the customer’s home.
• Create and maintain a customer database in CRM or Excel with complete and accurate information.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams for clear, timely communication.
• Receive and book new leads, explain company processes to new customers, and offer add-ons.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet and exceed goals.
• Attend meetings and training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Track sales activities, manage follow-up schedules, and address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
