Responsibilities

• Serve counter and phone customers with speed, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Communicate basic product and technology information to customers.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel for order pickup and payments.
• Ensure display area is stocked and maintained.
• Process purchase orders, credit memos and returns in a timely manner.
• Assist customers to locate will-call orders.
• Perform product lookups and price checks.
• Keep customers informed about sales promotions and programs.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
