Job summary

Theuniversityunion is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Arlington Heights, IL to assist walk-in and phone customers with orders and returns while building relationships and delivering excellent service.

You will communicate product information, process orders and payments, and coordinate with warehouse staff to stock displays and fulfill requests. Strong team player with HVAC knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience.
• Completion of HARDI Counter Specialist Certification Level 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• Ability to learn HVAC products, terminology, and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with orders and returns.
• Provide product and technology information to customers.
• Process purchase orders, credit memos, and returns.
• Maintain display area and coordinate with warehouse.
