Integrated Cooling Solutions (ICS) invites you to join our HVAC equipment team as an Inside Sales Engineer Intern for Summer 2027. You will collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales Engineers on design, estimating, proposals, submittals, ordering, and delivery.

This hands‑on internship blends engineering, project coordination, customer interaction, and sales support. You’ll learn our product lines, meet manufacturers, and gain real-world experience shaping HVAC solutions for customer projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Ideally entering junior or senior year by Summer 2027.
• Interest in commercial HVAC, building systems, technical sales, estimating, engineering, construction, or project management.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn HVAC equipment and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or technical documentation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other software.
• Familiarity with CAD or HVAC selection software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial HVAC projects from initial design and estimating through order and delivery.
• Review mechanical plans and project documents to understand design intent and equipment needs.
• Assist with selecting HVAC equipment based on project specs and customer needs.
• Prepare equipment estimates, pricing, quotations, proposals, and design options.
• Coordinate equipment information, pricing, lead times, and technical requirements with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Organize technical submittals, product data, and IOM documentation for projects.
• Maintain accurate project files and customer information in company systems.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while keeping the team informed.
