DMG North seeks an experienced Inside Sales Engineer II to join our Bay Area team. This role supports outside sales engineers with equipment selections, estimating, proposals, and project coordination for commercial HVAC projects, from bid through order handoff.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in commercial HVAC inside sales or technical sales support.
• Experience reviewing mechanical plans and specifications.
• Experience preparing HVAC proposals and bid packages.

Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Engineers throughout the sales process.
• Review drawings and project specifications.
• Perform HVAC equipment selections using software.
• Prepare equipment quotations and proposals.
• Develop submittal packages for awarded projects.
• Provide technical support to engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on pricing and lead times.
• Maintain CRM project data and timelines.
• Ensure smooth handoff to project teams.
