System Solution HVAC is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to promote the brand and drive growth. You will assist with estimates through closeout and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across the HVAC landscape.

The role offers opportunities to develop sales skills, manage pricing, and engage with customers and partners on major HVAC installations. This is an exciting growth phase for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience within the HVAC or Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors and related industry partners within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, jobsite visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to promote solutions and support project development.
• Assess customer project requirements and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform equipment takeoffs, prepare pricing and quotations, and support equipment selection for customer projects.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and generate new business.
