Nailor Industries, Inc., a global HVAC solutions provider, seeks an Inside Sales Engineer for Thermal Corporation in Houston to drive the sales cycle from RFQ to delivery, collaborating with engineering, operations, and the sales network to ensure timely, accurate quotations and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, knowledge of HVAC control systems, and strong communication skills to present proposals and coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical plans and drawings.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to quality inquiries promptly.
• Prepare quotations for field sales groups and provide required submittals.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with sales reps and partners.
• Deliver sales presentations and contribute to marketing plans.
