Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC distributor, seeks an Inside Sales Engineer to support commercial contractor sales of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. Based in Carrollton, TX, you will work closely with the commercial sales team as a technical adviser and product advocate.

The successful candidate will configure, price, and quote technical and financial solutions to position CE as a viable option for customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required.
• Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints.
• Experience working with contractors is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Respond to business opportunities and generate quotes for commercial sales.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Managers with new and existing accounts.
• Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs based on plans and specs.
• Follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals to finalize sales.
• Engage with customers, manufacturers, and the sales team via phone and email.
• Assist with training for Commercial dealers as needed.
• Resolve customer issues in line with company objectives.
• Identify sales opportunities to drive future growth.
• Travel with the Sales Team to support presentations and trade shows.
