Plumbline Services is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join a creative, energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on scheduling prospective clients from lead generation efforts and building trust to book appointments at convenient times.

The position offers commission-only compensation with training pay, plus benefits such as health insurance for you and family, a 401K plan with company match, life and disability insurance, HSAs, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience.
• Strong multi-tasking and outbound phone skills.
• Proficient written and computer skills; self-motivated.
• Willing to work 5 days a week; Saturdays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule prospective clients for service appointments.
• Maintain a daily log of calls and department/type of call.
• Maintain a daily sold log to cross reference Service Titan.
• Communicate with department managers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Log revenue recovery by technician or salesperson; report issues for action.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Previous direct consumer sales experience, preferably phone sales
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Understands and has experience in a commission only position
• Must be able to work 5 Days a week with Saturdays preferred as part of the 5-day schedule
• Shift: Flexible work schedule
• Maintains a daily log of calls and which department & type of call
• Maintains a daily sold log to cross reference Service Titan
• Constant communication with department managers to find the biggest areas of need and missed opportunities
• Logs which technician or salespersons are receiving the most revenue recovery
• Keep a log and report any issues the client has, document through a task for the department manager if action is needed

• Proficient outbound phone skills
• Proficient written and computer skills
• Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed
