Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading ARS group company, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the In-Home HVAC Sales Advisors. The role focuses on residential system replacements, upgrades, and home comfort solutions while coaching advisors to maximize performance and conversions.

You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, collaborate with installation/service/ops, and drive key sales metrics. A metric-driven leadership approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of in-home sales management experience in residential sectors.
• Experience leading sales teams from initial consultation through close.
• Strong understanding of HVAC products and load calculations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of In-Home HVAC Sales Advisors.
• Drive revenue growth, conversion performance, and sales results.
• Coach on solution-based selling, needs assessment, and proposals.
• Go out into the field with Advisors to assist in closing.
• Monitor closing ratios, average ticket, revenue, and performance.
• Collaborate with installation/service/ops for a smooth customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing in-home sales staff.
• Lead weekly meetings and provide coaching on strategy and product knowledge.
• Present accurate sales reports to senior leadership.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
