ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an In-Home HVAC Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess replacement needs, and present customized solutions. The role offers a warm-lead environment, with 3–4 scheduled appointments per day and an uncapped commission plan after ramp-up.

This performance-driven position includes a training salary transitioning to a draw, with weekly commission settlements, and provided tools (vehicle, gas card, phone, laptop).

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• One-call close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics crawlspaces lazily? to inspect existing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments to assess HVAC system replacement needs.
• Inspect existing heating and air conditioning equipment to determine job scope and pricing.
• Provide professional recommendations for HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Present financing options and system solutions during the consultation.
• Close sales in a one-call close sales environment.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from consultation through installation.
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure a smooth project handoff.
