Job summary

COLUMBIA HYDRONICS/CALIFORNIA HYDRONICS, Spokane, Washington, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive client engagements in the HVAC and hydronic sectors. You will compile product specifications, support fellow reps, and interact with engineers, contractors, and end-users to advance CHC’s lines.

The role involves frequent client visits, collaboration with the design and service teams, and hands-on use of Salesforce for opportunity tracking and bid management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Working knowledge of email, Internet Explorer, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and visit sites regularly.
• Manage expense account and car allowance.
• Schedule visits and Lunch and Learns with factory staff.
• Support corrective actions with the service department.
• Update and create Salesforce opportunities.
• Track project progress and provide updates.
• Generate equipment quotations from bid documents.
• Prepare submittal packages and follow up.
• Collaborate with engineers, end-users, and architects.
• Maintain up-to-date CHC product specifications.
