Job summary

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in Redlands, CA is looking for a full-time Home Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales. You will help homeowners choose the right comfort solutions, leveraging your HVAC knowledge and sales skills to guide decisions and close installs.

Typical hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with weekend/on-call shifts available to boost earnings. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, sick days, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• HVAC product knowledge required or preferred.
• HVAC and sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on HVAC options and help them choose the best system.
• Execute sales process and close HVAC unit deals.
• Turn over HVAC units and ensure customer satisfaction.
