Job summary
Supreme Service Today is seeking a full-time HVAC Tech Helper in Halethorpe, MD. Work hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with rotating nights and weekends as needed.
You will assist the team with installation, service, and repairs of HVAC systems on various job sites. The role requires 2+ years of technical schooling or 1 year of field experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical schooling or 1 year field experience.
- Experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair (preferred).
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
- Highly organized and motivated.
- Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and/or enter attics (if applicable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC team with installation, service, or repair.
- Travel to job sites and help set up equipment.
- Assist with heating and cooling system installations and servicing.
- Communicate with team to solve problems and stay organized.
