Job summary

Supreme Service Today is seeking a full-time HVAC Tech Helper in Halethorpe, MD. Work hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with rotating nights and weekends as needed.

You will assist the team with installation, service, and repairs of HVAC systems on various job sites. The role requires 2+ years of technical schooling or 1 year of field experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical schooling or 1 year field experience.
• Experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair (preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Highly organized and motivated.
• Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and/or enter attics (if applicable).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.

Supreme Service Today is looking for a full-time HVAC Tech Helper in Halethorpe, MD.

You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sometimes, you will need to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As an HVAC Tech Helper, you will spend your days helping our team with heating and cooling jobs. You will go to different job sites, help set up, and work with tools and equipment. You will help install, fix, or service HVAC systems. You will need to stay organized, talk with the team, and help solve problems. Some days, you will need to climb ladders, go into attics, or work in hot spaces. You will learn new skills and get better at your job with support from Supreme Service Today.

HVAC TECH HELPER REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of technical/vocational schooling OR 1 full year of field experience
• Experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair (preferred)
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
