Job summary

The Romanoff Group is seeking an HVAC Service Technician - Multi-Family to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems. This full-time role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm, with on‑call and overtime as needed. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life, 401(k), and 100% employee ownership, plus paid time off and apprenticeship reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant experience in service work.

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Qualifications

• Required: Relevant experience in service work.

• Preferred: Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
