Supreme Service Today in Halethorpe, MD is seeking a full-time HVAC Helper to support installation, service, or repair of heating and cooling systems while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the expectation to be available for rotating nights and weekends as needed

As an HVAC Helper, you will be on the move, supporting our mission to deliver top-quality service to every customer. You will spend your days providing outstanding customer service and assisting with a variety of HVAC tasks. You will use your technical skills to help install, service, or repair systems, all while working closely with a dedicated team. You will keep organized, communicate clearly, and tackle challenges head-on, whether you're climbing ladders, working in attics, or overcoming heat to get the job done. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• 2+ years of technical/vocational schooling OR 1 full year of field experience
• Experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair (preferred)
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Highly organized and motivated
• Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and/or enter attics (if applicable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working as part of a team
