Pay Range:

• $30-$40 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• On-call rotation
• Coverage area approximately one hour around Baltimore Metro

As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll start each day ready to tackle new challenges across the Baltimore area. One moment, you'll be diagnosing a complex system failure that has left a homeowner uncomfortable; the next, you'll be performing expert repairs or installing replacement components to restore comfort and peace of mind. You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and ensure every system operates at peak performance. Throughout the day, you'll build trust with customers through professionalism, clear communication, and quality workmanship while representing a company known for excellence and reliability.

Here's what we need from you:

• 3+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience
