HTS Engineering Ltd. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager to independently and collaboratively sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.

The role requires proactive prospecting, effective networking, and the ability to engage high-level decision makers with tailored HVAC maintenance solutions. You will conduct equipment surveys, develop pricing estimates, and present client proposals and quotes in partnership with the Sales/General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with self-generated direct sales.
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell maintenance service agreements to new customer prospects.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other means.
• Identify key decision makers and sell customized maintenance solutions.
• Cold call within the assigned market and schedule face-to-face meetings with decision makers.
• Prepare solutions and quotes addressing client needs using approved tools.
