Qualifications

• 7+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field - Engineering, Technical or Business.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets the vision and strategy for long-term portfolio growth across the organization.
• Influences cross-functional teams to advance new services and offerings with a North America focus.
• Works with engineering and sourcing to enhance existing offerings and develop new value-driven services.
• Creates and gains buy-in for a five-year technology-driven revenue strategy.
• Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of 7-10 product managers.
• Develops business requirements and documentation to ensure clear deliverables.
• Develops new business, expands service offerings, and deploys initiatives with training and follow-up.
• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, and solves program problems.
• Directs work of incumbents across departments.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Advises the program team on projects, tasks, and operations.
• Creates business plans including financial justification and forecasting.
