Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to set goals aligned with the company vision.
• Oversee daily operations across installations, service calls, and maintenance contracts.
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to meet demand and service excellence.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor revenue, profitability, and expenses.
• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Drive pricing strategies and purchasing decisions to improve profit margins.
