Qualifications

• EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order.
• Prepare apartments for move-in, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units.
