PremiStar is seeking a motivated HVAC Foreman to lead a skilled crew on installation and maintenance projects. You will apply technical and mathematical skills, oversee daily quality and safety, and coordinate with the Field Supervisor to ensure timelines and codes are met.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training crew members, proper equipment maintenance, and accurate paperwork while keeping the jobsite clean and compliant.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State Driver's License and insurable driving record.
• 3 years HVAC experience with troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning; 1 year lead experience.

Aufgaben

• Plans and executes each job according to schedule and hours.
• Ensures installations meet code, plans, specs and details.
• Coordinates with superintendent and other trades on site.
• Trains crew, provides technical guidance and leadership.
• Ensures equipment maintenance for safe, economical operations.
• Inspects equipment and diagnoses malfunctions with test instruments.
• Keeps records of installations and repairs to comply with SOPs.
• Completes paperwork using basic math as needed.
• Informs Field Supervisor of changes or emergencies.
• Keeps worksite clean and free of debris.
• Represents Capstone’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
