Job summary

Premier Service Company Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finish. You will supervise a crew including journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices, ensure safety, budgets, and timely completion, and coordinate with contractors and owners.

Strong leadership, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to plan staffing based on project specs are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
5–7 years of HVAC field experience.
5 years of related supervisory/lead experience.
Experience in operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to HVAC crew (journeymen, mechanics, apprentices).
Supervise day-to-day operations and quality-check machinery.
Ensure safety, budget adherence, quality, and timely completion.
Build strong relationships with field team, contractors, owners, and vendors.
Study specs, contracts, schedules, drawings to plan procedures and staffing.
Make decisions by analyzing information to choose best solutions.
Require PPE for anyone entering or on the job site.
Be available for additional duties as assigned.
