Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical training, or equivalent work experience in HVAC, Controls, construction, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily HVAC controls field activities to ensure safe, timely, quality work.
• Schedule and assign work to Controls Installers and Technicians, providing direction and technical support.
• Monitor field progress and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and safety equipment for projects.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for controls installation, service, and project work.
