R & R Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead our installation teams in Spokane. The role involves managing multiple job sites, coordinating with project stakeholders, and upholding safety and craftsmanship standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and supervise crews on schedule.

• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Review plans, delegate tasks, and verify installations meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, builders, and inspectors.
• Perform quality control checks and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor and enforce jobsite safety practices.
• Train and mentor apprentices and installers.
• Track materials and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
• Provide daily job progress updates and documentation.

Salary Range: $35.00 To $45.00 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced and leadership-minded Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead our R&R installation teams. This position is designed for skilled tradespeople who excel at managing multiple job sites, ensuring structural quality, and mentoring the next generation of installers. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with key project stakeholders, and uphold our commitment to safety and elite craftsmanship.

This position operates on a 4/10 schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation crews on multiple job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential new construction
• Experience supervising or leading crews preferred
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• High standards for quality and safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Nate Certification
• Gas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experience
• Understanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Procore knowledge
• O6A Certification
• Idaho Journeyman
