HVAC FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION

Location: York, PA

We’re hiring a full‑time HVAC Foreman for our New Home Construction Division. The position offers a competitive salary of $6 K‑$75 K, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) plan, free training, and a flexible work schedule.

Job Overview

As a HVAC Foreman, you provide oversight and direction for field personnel. You ensure that materials are at the job site prior to scheduling labor, evaluate the quality of work, assist with complex installation challenges, and report to the project manager. You confirm proper safety procedures, direct subcontractors and field crews, provide informal on‑site training, and help ensure profitability while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
