Job summary

Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection is seeking a full-time HVAC Foreman for their New Home Construction Division in York, PA. This role involves providing oversight for field personnel, ensuring materials are on-site, and managing subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have 5 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging between $60K and $75K, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, holidays, and a flexible work schedule.

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC new construction experience with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Journeyman certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise HVAC personnel for installation and repair projects.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are on site for installs.
• Manage labor, Sobieski employees, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and upon completion.
• Participate in complex HVAC tasks and make recommendations to officials.
• Recruit, train, and mentor skilled trades and helper personnel.
• Establish safety and performance standards for subordinates.
