Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a hands-on HVAC Foreman to strengthen field execution, technician development, and service quality in Tempe, AZ. This role emphasizes coaching, problem solving, and building a robust field organization for growth.

The ideal candidate will lead field crews across residential and commercial service calls, remain active in the field, and drive consistent service practices while communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or training field service technicians.
• Hands-on knowledge of air duct cleaning or a related trade.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of technicians.
• Willingness to remain active in the field and supervise on-site.
• Effective communication with technicians, office staff, and customers.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews across residential and commercial service calls with ownership.
• Coach technicians in real time and reinforce service practices.
• Review active and completed work for workmanship, documentation, and customer experience.
• Step into the work when coverage gaps or urgent issues arise.
• Coordinate daily field needs with office partners and schedules.
• Maintain readiness of service vehicles and tools; uphold safety.
• Suggest process improvements to strengthen communication and performance.
