Mechanical One is seeking an HVAC Punch-Out Technician to complete final inspections, tests, and fixes on residential systems, ensuring project specs and client satisfaction. Inspect units, ductwork, and controls; document deficiencies; perform repairs; assist start-up and commissioning; work with managers and subcontractors; follow safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 1 year residential installer experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, read blueprints, and strong

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC residential installer experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough inspections of installed HVAC systems, including units, ductwork, and controls.
• Identify and document deficiencies, discrepancies, or non-compliance issues.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, or replacements to address punch-list items.
• Test and balance HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and quality control inspectors.
• Maintain documentation of punch-list items, completed work, and costs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist with start-up and commissioning procedures as needed.
