Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Training Specialist to cover the West Coast with up to 80% travel, delivering courses on installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC products. The role involves troubleshooting technical inquiries, developing and updating course materials, and ensuring learning objectives are met.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an HVAC degree or related college education and at least 1 year of training experience along with 5

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two year college degree, HVAC degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of training experience plus 5 years of technical experience.
• Knowledge of learning theories and classroom application.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leading WebEx meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training courses for installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC products.
• Troubleshoots technical inquiries and identifies customer needs.
• Assists in developing, testing and maintaining courses and materials.
• Establishes course content and learning objectives.
• Prepares syllabi, lesson plans and manuals when needed.
• Reviews training effectiveness and updates materials for timeliness.
