D&L Parts Company is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to become a Field Service Training Representative. Based at our Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, you will train, support, and troubleshoot with our dealer and contractor network across NC, SC, and VA.

You'll lead in-person, classroom, and virtual training, provide remote support, and help technicians solve complex HVAC challenges while documenting learnings and outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years HVAC field service or installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Associate technical degree or equivalent documented field experience.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, or coaching technicians.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC installation, application, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Trane, American Standard, or related product families preferred.
• NATE or other HVAC certifications are a plus.
• Contractor installation license is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and practically.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, virtual platforms.
• Ability to create clear technical case notes and documentation.
• Ability to provide effective remote technical support by phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Ability to complete Train-the-Trainer HVAC/appliance courses.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and conduct technical HVAC training for installers, technicians, service teams, customers, and staff.
• Lead classroom, hands-on, and virtual technical training.
• Provide remote technical support from Corporate to branches and customers across NC, SC, VA.
• Assist dealers and customers with startups, service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and questions.
• Identify common issues and skill gaps; develop targeted training.
• Conduct performance investigations involving product quality, installation, or application concerns.
• Assist with consumer inquiries and complaints and drive timely resolutions.
• Develop training schedules, materials, and resources per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate technical logs and case documentation.
• Support regional/branch managers with events and dealer meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to support customers and promote products.
