Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to be the primary on-site service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial settings, coordinating with team leaders and customers to ensure satisfaction.

You will use your air conditioning theory knowledge, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts to diagnose and repair equipment.

Qualifications

• HVAC tech with 5+ years experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to operate handheld devices.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and start up HVAC systems at customer sites.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements and forecast issues.
• Diagnose and repair equipment following blueprints or specs; use hand-tools and software as needed.
• Maintain safety and safeguard company assets; be flexible for overtime and weekends.
