Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for commercial customers. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and startup HVAC systems, using knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.

Expect collaboration with internal and external partners on new facility setups and retrofits. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and typically 5+ years in HVAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for 12 months with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems on-site at customer locations.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements and forecast issues.
• Diagnose and repair equipment following blueprints or engineering specs.
• Maintain safety standards and preserve company assets.
