Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Manager of Field Technical Support to lead a dispersed team of technical consultants across the US and Canada. You will coach, develop, and align field engineers to deliver exceptional service while partnering with sales for complex projects.

You will own escalation procedures, define metrics, and drive process improvements to enhance customer and employee experiences. A strong background in HVAC/R, SAP, and Microsoft Office is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in technical consulting.
• Five-plus years installing/servicing HVAC/R equipment.
• Ability to coach diverse field teams and manage priorities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
