Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee subcontractors installing HVAC equipment for residential and commercial projects. You’ll ensure work meets specifications, perform quality checks, and coordinate with scheduling to keep projects on track.

You’ll lead crews on site, review change orders and invoices, and coordinate inspections with builders. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a safety-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC residential and commercial new construction projects.
• Manage subcontractor crews and verify readiness for rough-in and trim.
• Coordinate installation dates with scheduling and ensure field readiness.
• Review subcontractor work and approve invoices after phase completion.
• Schedule inspections and handle change orders with builders.
• Build relationships with builder supervisors and field team.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Provide input across all production issues in the assigned area.
