You will lead subcontractor teams, verify readiness for rough-ins and finishes, and coordinate with scheduling and builders to ensure timely installations and quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and effective communication with homeowners and internal teams, with a focus on delivering a seamless, high-quality HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers).
• Walks jobs regularly and verifies readiness for HVAC rough-in and trim installations.
• Coordinates installation dates with scheduling team and ensures jobs are ready for installation.
• Reviews sub-contractor invoices and approves after work is complete per phase.
• Schedules inspections with local jurisdictions as needed.
• Coordinates with builders and office on punch lists or repairs.
• Provides leadership to teams through objective setting and delegation.
