Ideal candidates bring HVAC certification, 7+ years as a service technician, and 2+ years in supervision, with strong leadership, budgeting, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum 7 years as a Service Technician with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety-focused management required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Service Operations activities in Greenville, SC.
• Supervise Service Technicians to drive profitability and performance.
• Assist Technicians with technical problems and training.
• Foster a safe work environment and conduct quality inspections.
• Monitor budgets, purchases, and technician time to optimize resources.
• Interface with clients to resolve service, contract, and billing issues.
