Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus 5 years of HVAC management experience.
• Minimum 8 years related experience and/or training in HVAC.
• Experience overseeing union employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Service Coordinators to assign techs based on job requirements.
• Review service tickets, parts needs and communicate with customers.
• Support invoicing and safety implementations; forecast hiring needs.
• Collaborate with sales to obtain necessary service information and startup paperwork.
