Job summary

Trane Limited in Fargo, ND, is seeking an HVAC Field Service Technician to join our team. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems at customer sites, using your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices is expected; willingness to travel and work

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site requirements.
• Serve as direct customer contact, diagnose and repair equipment at the customer site.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs and hand tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Work overtime/weekends as needed and maintain safety and asset security.
