You will read drawings, perform electrical work, diagnose issues, document actions, and travel to sites. The position offers growth within a collaborative, safety-conscious team at Integra, with ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Formal technical training or equivalent field experience in HVAC.
• Proficient with HVAC hand and power tools, meters, gauges, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read HVAC and electrical drawings and service docs.
• Knowledge of HVAC components, electrical and control systems, and codes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or HVAC/electrical certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Perform electrical work: wiring, conduit, control connections, verify integrity.
• Conduct advanced testing and diagnostics to identify root causes and recommend fixes.
• Lead job site setup with prepared tools, materials, and organized workflow.
• Maintain accurate service reports, equipment logs, test readings, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project managers to address challenges and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and codes on customer sites.
• Explain findings to customers and ensure understanding of system performance.
• Train and guide junior technicians as needed.
• Travel between customer and project locations to support operations.
