Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. Dalton GA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support HVAC installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites. You will assist senior technicians, set up tools, and help with wiring and equipment mounting while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have HVAC training or experience, tool familiarity, ability to read schematics, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to site locations and documentation duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Some experience or training in HVAC work such as trade school or on the job training.
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in HVAC work.
  • Experience reading electrical and HVAC drawings or schematics.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • OSHA 10 or other safety certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Help set up tools, materials and work areas at job sites.
  • Perform basic wiring, conduit installation and equipment mounting under supervision.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of electrical and HVAC components and systems.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Travel to various customer or project sites as required.
  • Document work performed and assist with job site reports.

Location Dalton GA Department DEPTEC The Opportunity The Field Service Technician I has a basic understanding of HVAC systems and supports field operations by assisting with installations maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment at job sites This role is hands on safety conscious and works closely with experienced technicians in the field

What you will do
  • Assist senior technicians with installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Help set up tools materials and work areas at job sites
  • Perform basic wiring conduit installation and equipment mounting under supervision
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of electrical and HVAC components and systems
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment
  • Load and unload materials tools and equipment as needed
  • Document work performed and assist with job site reports
  • Travel to various customer or project sites as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Some experience or training in HVAC work such as trade school vocational program or on the job training
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in HVAC work
  • Experience reading electrical and HVAC drawings or schematics
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • OSHA 10 or other safety certifications
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians
  • Strong work ethic attention to detail and willingness to work outdoors and in various environments
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders lifts or in tight spaces
  • Basic knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices as they apply to HVAC systems
