Job summary

Integra in Dalton, GA is seeking a Sr. FS Technician – HVAC to lead installations, commissioning, and service of complex systems across diverse customer environments.

You will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues, while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safety and code compliance on site. The role requires strong communication with customers, project leaders, and engineers, with travel to various sites and input into field procedures.

Qualifications

HVAC field service leadership and advanced diagnostics.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and controls.
Experience mentoring junior technicians.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; OSHA 10.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, startup, commissioning, and service of complex HVAC systems.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Verify equipment performance through testing and calibration.
Oversee job site prep and safety compliance.
Coach junior technicians and coordinate with project teams.
