Job summary

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of service calls and preventive maintenance.

You will manage customer accounts, PM schedules, and maintain safety and quality standards across the team. Strong leadership and technical HVAC knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HVAC experience; minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Valid HVAC license and EPA Certification (per Mississippi requirements).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dispatching/service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.

Position Summary
