Job summary

Johnson Barrow Inc. in Portland, OR seeks a Service Field Supervisor to lead daily HVAC field operations, coach technicians, and ensure safe, efficient work aligned with company standards and customer expectations.

You will connect field staff with service leadership, support technician development, and drive continuous improvement across processes and service delivery. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

Experience leading HVAC field service teams and coordinating field operations.
Ability to coach technicians, conduct safety meetings, and drive documentation quality.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC field technicians and lead service technicians within the division.
Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
Coordinate scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
Monitor performance, service quality, and documentation accuracy.
Develop technicians through coaching, training, and certification.
Maintain customer relationships and resolve escalated service issues.
Collaborate with Service Leadership, Sales, and Admin teams to improve operations.
Provide hands-on training and act as backup in emergencies.
