Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead field technicians and operations professionals to meet planned maintenance, repair, and installation projects.
- Ensure adherence to service guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in field operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide safety training and enforce EH&S compliance across the service team.
- Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy and collection of receivables.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train technicians to meet workload demands and customer expectations.
