Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to lead field technicians and operations professionals in Memphis, TN, overseeing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation projects. You will drive KPI performance, ensure safety compliance, and cultivate strong customer relationships to exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Commercial HVAC, a valid driver’s license, and leadership experience. Proficiency with Salesforce, ServiceMax, ERP, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• 5+ years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians and operations professionals to meet planned maintenance, repair, overhaul, and installation projects.
• Ensure service guidelines and best practices are followed; monitor KPI performance.
• Participate in daily DMB meetings and discuss progress on KPIs and actions.
• Provide training to staff to ensure safety and productivity at shop and customer sites.
• Review work orders, invoices, and time reports for accuracy and AR management.
• Address warranty issues and product recalls affecting service quality.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians to meet workload and customer needs.
• Meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and pursue additional service opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch by skill level, efficiency and training requirements.
