Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Contracting Project Specialist to support Complex Solutions projects on-site at customer locations. You will assist the Project Manager, supervise installation teams, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 5–10 years in Commercial HVAC or construction, with strong project coordination skills and Procore/MS Office proficiency. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5–10 years in commercial HVAC installation or general construction.
• Background in project management, project coordination or related work.
• Procore experience preferred; strong MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Complex Solutions Project Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Supervise installation technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; provide leadership.
• Prepare for on-site installation, coordinate with other trades, and manage paperwork and cost data.
