Job summary

Jetson in White Plains, NY is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to support HVAC installation teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top quality. You will bridge field operations and leadership, focusing on readiness, resource allocation, and real-time problem solving.

You will coach technicians, review installations, and collaborate with logistics, procurement, scheduling, and senior leadership to improve procedures and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC install team member and team lead.
• 5+ years in a management role overseeing field teams.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; NATE preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent English communications and customer service skills.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tools, equipment, vehicles, parts, and job documentation for field teams.
• Act as liaison between field crew and logistics, procurement, and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits for coaching and quality assurance on active installations.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with local codes.
• Identify obstacles and resolve issues impacting productivity and timelines.
• Lead pre-installation walkthroughs and staffing planning.
• Mentor field technicians to improve workmanship and service.
• Review installations to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Support warranty and rework investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide performance feedback and assist with evaluations.
